About Our Christmas Tree Selection

We are proud to exclusively grow Portuguese and Arizona Cypress here at our Christmas Tree Farm.

These were selected for several reasons that make them perfect to serve as Christmas Trees for the Hawaii community.

1. They fit the look and shape of you want a Christmas Tree to look.

2. They’re lightweight so you can easily carry them yourself and get it set up where you need it.

3. They smell lovely and seasonal. Just the way you would want a Hawaii Christmas Tree to smell.

4. They’re hardy. They even keep growing after you cut them, so you have a Living Tree!

5. They’re sustainable. When you cut down one of our Portuguese Hawaiian Christmas Trees, the tree will re-sprout a new tree right from its old base!

Medicinally, the leaves are used in the treatment of headache, catarrh, cancer, flu, and skin diseases. Essential oil from the leaves is used in the treatment of rheumatism and cough. It is also used in perfume, soaps, deodorant, and other toiletries. The wood is used for construction, poles, furniture, and posts.
